Requirements to put in an Offer to Purchase

For offers We request the following:

-ID Copy

-Proof of address

-phone number

-Cell number

-Email address

-Income tax number

-Offer Amount

-Are you a cash buyer?

If so, how soon after date of acceptance will payment be made into the trust account?

OR

-Are you applying for a bond?

If so, what is the bond amount? 

-Are you paying a deposit? 

If so, 

What is the deposit amount? 

Number of days from acceptance that deposit will be paid? 

-Is this sale subject to you viewing or do you not want to view the property?

-Are you married?

If yes, is it COP or ANC? 

If cop both spouses will need to sign documentation.
