Requirements when wanting to rent Property

Salary needs to be 4x the rental amount to qualify for affordability. If you dont meet these reqs, we cannot proceed.

An application form will be required together with supporting documents and a non refundable app fee of R345, once you view the property. 

Supporting documents required:

- ID

- Payslip 

- Proof of residence

- Bank statements 

- Id copies of occupants 

- Letter of reference from landlord 

- Letter confirming employment

- Completed application form, with authorisation for credit checks

- Completed Income & Expenditure Declaration 

Application is subject to favourable credit checks, and landlord approval

Deposits are required together with the first months rent 

Standard deposits are as follows, but may defer:

Damages.. one months rent

Utilities.. min. R1000

Keys.. R600

Deposits may differ as per landlord reqs.

Lease fee.. R1,395

Signed lease and full pmt is required before key handover.
